Thunes is the Smart Superhighway to move money around the world. Thunes’ proprietary Direct Global Network allows Members to make payments in real-time in over 130 countries and more than 80 currencies. Tilia operates within the Thunes ecosystem, supporting a global cross-border payments network.

Responsibilities

• Own the Product Strategy & Roadmap by translating vision into actionable quarterly and yearly roadmaps
• Bridge the gap between Engineering, UX Design, Operations, Compliance, Legal, and the Executive team
• Translate dense business requirements into clear, high-quality product requirements and user stories
• Collaborate on designing and optimizing robust APIs, payment engines, ledger platforms, and backend architectures
• Lead recurring product reviews and present data-driven recommendations to executive teams
• Identify opportunities to use AI-powered tools to optimize market research, discovery, and prototyping

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience shipping complex B2B software platforms or consumer apps
• Proven track record of owning product delivery in Fintech or digital economies
• Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Strong data literacy and ability to analyze transaction metrics
• Ability to hold deep technical discussions with engineering teams
