Product Manager-Technical, Manufacturing Enterprise Systems

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and multi-year roadmap for the manufacturing systems portfolio, including SAP S/4HANA and Siemens Teamcenter.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical trade-offs across ERP, MES, PLM, and CAD systems.
• Translate complex business needs into technical specifications, functional requirements, and detailed PRFAQs.
• Lead cross-functional workshops to define system capabilities and integration requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization through value stream mapping.
• Partner with engineering teams to define technical implementation approaches and user acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the voice of the customer for manufacturing operations to drive product adoption and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing product development and product management experience.
• Proven experience defining roadmap strategy and prioritizing deliverables.
• Experience creating process improvements through automation and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience writing business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain system concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management processes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products on tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines, cloud solutions, ETL management, and analytical platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL Server/MySQL and strong analytical skills.
