About the role
Responsibilities
- Own zero-to-one product development from early discovery through MVP and commercial launch
- Translate complex robotics, AI, and software capabilities into customer value propositions
- Define product strategy, success metrics, and decision-making frameworks in ambiguous environments
- Serve as the single-threaded owner of product vision across software, hardware, R&D, and operations
- Represent the voice of the customer using research and field insights from manufacturing workflows
- Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations for product readiness and launch planning
- Define functional, UX, and system-level requirements for robotic welding cycles
- Develop and maintain long-term product roadmaps
- Establish post-launch feedback loops to guide iteration and expansion
Requirements
- Proven experience launching greenfield products in technical or industrial domains (robotics, manufacturing, automation, or AI)
- Demonstrated success in high-ambiguity environments
- Strong background in technical product management or technical commercialization
- Experience bridging software, hardware, and data to deliver production-ready solutions
- Ability to make data-informed decisions using customer insights and usage data
- Experience driving products through the full lifecycle: discovery, build, launch, and adoption
- Strong facilitation skills to align engineering, sales, and operations
- Clear and transparent communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics and product performance measurement
