Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as a generalist PM, rapidly scoping, prototyping, and shipping AI-powered features
• Own product discovery, define requirements, and deliver end-to-end solutions
• Build (vibe code) prototypes, test with customers, and translate learnings into engineering specs
• QA AI features extensively and iterate on prompts, agentic graphs, and swarms to improve output
• Collaborate tightly with engineering, design, data science, and customer success
• Use data and analytics to inform decision-making and iterate quickly
• Engage with the AI community to stay current on advancements and share knowledge internally

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, Economics, Design, Business, Journalism, Social Science, Psychology, or related)
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication
• Strong product instincts and ability to translate business goals into elegant tech solutions
• Systems thinking and creative problem solving for complex, ambiguous challenges
• Growth mindset and bias for action; scrappy, resourceful, and outcome-oriented
• Proven interest in building with GenAI (production apps, projects, prototypes, hackathons)
• Proficient in analyzing data using Python and SQL
• Passionate about social impact and scaling a platform that moves public opinion for good

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to product, engineering, or data science
• Experience at a high-growth technology startup
• Experience at a top-tier consulting firm or investment bank
