Product Manager

Sustainment is an AI-native software platform that helps US-based manufacturers easily find and work with the critical suppliers they need to build and manage their supply chains. We are a dual-use technology platform that supports both DoD and commercial customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle end-to-end: discovery, requirements, development, launch, and iteration
• Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs
• Manage the product backlog and write actionable user stories
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
• Partner with Engineering, UX, Data, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing
• Gather and synthesize customer and market insights
• Use data to inform decisions and measure product success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 2–4 years of Product Management experience (5+ years for Senior role)
• Experience in venture-backed or high-growth startup environments
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to operate with autonomy in ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics
• Experience working with or selling into federal or defense customers
• Familiarity with regulated or compliance-heavy environments
