Product Manager - Sustainable Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the SaaS product roadmap for benchmarking, carbon accounting, and sustainability reporting solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution.
• Gather and prioritize customer requirements to define product vision and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities to embed AI/ML capabilities, such as automated data collection and predictive analytics, into sustainability products.
• Solicit market feedback through user groups, client consultations, and beta programs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Research, Data Strategy, Development, Sales, and Marketing.
• Create product illustrations, prototypes, and detailed business requirement documents.

Requirements

• Proven background as a Product Manager, preferably working in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• 4+ years of progressive professional experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., supervised learning, NLP, predictive analytics) and their application in enterprise software.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work in a global, multicultural environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience or a strong background in the sustainability sector.
• Experience managing cloud-based SaaS products for C-suite or executive-level users.
