About the role
Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Support Services platforms, including Safety, Quality, Environmental, and Commissioning.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and user experience through data-driven technology solutions.
- Partner with business leaders and technology teams to establish long-term product and lifecycle strategies.
- Oversee idea intake processes and define business requirements and acceptance criteria for development teams.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Support Services platforms and associated business processes.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements and manage data integration needs across applications and middleware.
- Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders to advocate for user needs throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing products, business systems, technology initiatives, or operational platforms.
- Experience with data analytics, middleware technologies, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations.
- Ability and willingness to travel a minimum of 25%.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.
