Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a clear product vision and roadmap for the euHReka payroll platform aligned with business priorities
• Own and prioritize the product backlog using structured frameworks to ensure high-value delivery
• Translate enterprise objectives into prioritized product investments with measurable outcomes
• Develop deep expertise in global payroll processes, statutory requirements, and client pain points
• Partner with Engineering and Product Owners to define acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality delivery
• Drive focus on platform stability, zero regression, and "first-time-right" payroll outcomes
• Communicate roadmap progress and investment briefs to stakeholders in an executive-ready format

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management
• Proven experience in payroll, HRIS, or enterprise SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, compliance, and country-specific complexities
• Experience working in scaled Agile environments (e.g., SAFe, PI planning)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience defining KPIs and measuring outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global payroll platforms or multi-country payroll delivery
• Familiarity with adjacent HCM platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle
• Exposure to AI-driven product capabilities like automation or anomaly detection
