Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for core platform capabilities including SLIs and SLOs
• Build and refine unified health and risk scoring models using metrics, logs, and traces
• Partner with engineering, machine learning, and design teams to deliver AI-driven anomaly detection
• Represent the Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) persona to translate best practices into product capabilities
• Drive alignment across stakeholders to ensure decisions are grounded in customer needs and technical feasibility
• Measure success through feature adoption, reduced alert noise, and improved MTTR

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience owning technical or platform products
• Deep domain expertise in AIOps, event management, observability, or SRE practices
• Proven success with products utilizing data science, machine learning, or statistical models
• Strong understanding of metrics, logs, and traces for assessing system health
• Excellent product management fundamentals including strategy, prioritization, and roadmap development
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building for observability, incident management, reliability, or platform operations
• Ability to translate technical complexity into clear customer value
• Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments
