Product Manager Smart Farming

Responsibilities

• Drive the sales of sustainable solutions for modern agriculture in the region
• Support the rollout and successful implementation of crop rotation records (Ackerschlagkartei) for agricultural customers
• Plan, organize, and conduct practical user training and product presentations
• Act as an organizational interface between agricultural machinery, agricultural trade, and software providers
• Independently manage key accounts during the introduction of Smart Farming solutions
• Serve as a technical expert for Smart Farming and crop rotation records for the agricultural sales team

Requirements

• Agricultural training and/or a degree in agriculture
• Sales experience in the agricultural sector (machinery, trade, or Smart Farming)
• Sound knowledge of plant cultivation
• Strong sales competence and conceptual thinking skills
• Affinity for digital solutions in agriculture and interest in innovation
• Strong communication, enthusiasm, initiative, and solution-oriented mindset
