Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Support product management workstreams across digital initiatives to help clients define and deliver impactful products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and business to shape requirements, roadmaps, and MVP definitions.
• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and stakeholder interviews to inform product decisions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and contribute to backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release coordination.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for documentation, ideation, backlog management, and prioritization to accelerate delivery.
• Translate business goals and user needs into actionable product plans and features.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, ideally in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with product frameworks such as Agile, Lean Startup, MVP, and OKRs.
• Proven experience with AI-enabled tools that support product delivery and team productivity.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across diverse disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, design, technology, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in the Denver Metropolitan Area up to 5 days a week.
