Responsibilities

• Own product areas end-to-end from problem discovery to delivery and outcome
• Drive the product development plan, balancing quick wins and long-term bets
• Improve key product metrics including activation, engagement, and LTV through experiments
• Translate user needs and insights into clear product goals and measurable outcomes
• Work closely with Design, Engineering, and Content teams to drive business impact

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager on a B2C product
• Ability to translate vague visions into testable, measurable hypotheses
• Strong understanding of how user behavior impacts metrics like LTV, activation, or retention
• Outcome-driven mindset focused on moving metrics rather than just shipping features
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with ambiguity and high responsibility

• Ability to execute without heavy processes while knowing when structure is needed
