Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end agent experience, including workflows, decisions, architecture, and user feel
• Drive quality and outcomes by running evaluations and identifying experience improvements
• Partner with the Platform team to drive 0→1 platform capabilities based on flagship account needs
• Navigate enterprise complexity by working across business units, procurement, and compliance
• Invent new customer experiences and partner with client teams to scope and ship them

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience building highly technical products
• 2–3 years of experience as a Senior PM or above
• Engineering background or equivalent technical depth (API design, architecture review)
• Experience shipping and owning production-grade systems at scale
• Proven track record as a technical partner to enterprise customers
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and executive audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with language models and production AI agents
• Familiarity with retail or consumer business operations (order management, CX, commerce)
• Technical builder skills (TypeScript, Go, Python, or similar)
• Experience in an embedded model with a named enterprise account
• MBA or equivalent business breadth
