Responsibilities

• Define the agent building experience across journeys, chat, and workflows
• Own the Agent Development Life Cycle from analysis to release
• Build simulation and testing systems to validate agents before deployment
• Design reusable systems through modular packages and integrations
• Integrate AI copilots like Ghostwriter and Explorer into the workflow
• Define evaluation frameworks to make agent quality measurable and actionable

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience with developer platforms, AI systems, or complex technical products
• Strong technical depth in system design, APIs, and platform architecture
• Experience building 0→1 products or platforms in ambiguous spaces
• Familiarity with LLMs and non-deterministic systems
• Strong product instincts for developer experience and builder tools
