Responsibilities

• Define how AI augments agent development and shape workflows for CX teams and developers
• Design human-in-the-loop patterns including approval flows and change reviews to ensure customer trust
• Partner with AI/ML and platform engineering on model selection, harness engineering, and evaluation infrastructure
• Act as the voice of the agent builder by understanding the pain points of CX managers and technical teams

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Direct experience working with large language models
• Experience shipping frontier AI products and managing non-deterministic systems
• Proven track record of 0→1 product development
• Strong technical depth to engage with engineers on architecture and API design
