Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents for healthcare that handle complex customer conversations while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Conduct ground-up discovery with providers, payers, and pharmaceutical companies to identify new AI use cases
• Engage with customers to assess requirements, present demonstrations, and address technical challenges
• Shape the core platform and healthcare roadmap by surfacing unmet needs and prototyping new tools
• Develop and improve virtual agents to anticipate customer needs and business processes

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in product development of highly technical products
• Past experience in Product Management at or above the Senior Product Manager level
• Proven ability to craft and tailor messages for executive-level customers
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Genuine interest in healthcare and improving patient experiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare technology, health IT, or working with healthcare organizations
• Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements including HIPAA and PHI handling
• Experience with AI-related product development or AI agents
• Coding experience with React, TypeScript, or Go
• MBA or equivalent professional experience
