Responsibilities

• Build enterprise-grade AI agents by partnering with engineers and customers
• Engage with customers to discover requirements and present demonstrations
• Address technical challenges in business processes alongside technical counterparts
• Develop and improve virtual agents to anticipate customer needs
• Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing new features

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience in technical product development
• Past experience in Product Management at or above Senior PM level
• Experience crafting and tailoring messages for executive-level customers
• Ability to communicate highly technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in Arabic

Preferred Qualifications

• AI-related product development experience
• Coding experience with React, TypeScript, or Go
• MBA or equivalent professional experience
• Experience in roles interfacing with end customers to influence software development
