Responsibilities

• Bring enterprise-grade AI agents to the world by empowering businesses to build world-class AI agents
• Solve complex product challenges for multiple stakeholders including end-users, CX managers, and developers
• Innovate by discovering new tools and processes for building the next generation of AI agents
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and leadership to build seamless experiences
• Act as a strategic advisor to customers in partnership with sales and go-to-market teams
• Maintain end-to-end ownership of the product from concept to execution

Requirements

• Extensive experience in product, engineering, or a related field
• Proven track record of leading products from ideation to launch
• Ability to operate in high ambiguity and build 0–1 products
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for AI-driven products or conversational interfaces
• Experience with enterprise or developer products, including SDKs and APIs
• Technical familiarity with TypeScript and React
