Product Manager, Shopper Experience

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy and roadmap for lifecycle channels including email, push notifications, promotional placements, and CRM surfaces
• Translate martech platform capabilities into channel-level features and experiments
• Define and optimize message surfaces to ensure coherent, personalized, and conversion-driven experiences
• Work with data and analytics to build segmentation strategies and measure channel performance
• Define and maintain channel health metrics and establish improvement baselines
• Own the product layer for promotional campaigns including discount mechanics and audience targeting
• Partner with merchandising and seller teams to design CRM-driven promotional programs

Requirements

• 4+ years in a product management or growth role
• Hands-on experience with customer engagement platforms like MoEngage, Braze, Iterable, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience integrating a composable CDP such as Hightouch or Segment with engagement platforms
• Background in email deliverability, domain reputation, and list hygiene
• Prior work on AI-driven personalization systems or predictive audience models
• Track record of running structured experiments with proper methodology and incremental lift measurement
• Strong understanding of correlation vs. causation in lifecycle data
