Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and vision for a multi-service mobile app, balancing feature priorities across several service verticals
• Act as the connector between business stakeholders, designers, mobile tech leads, and QA
• Turn complex requirements into clear user stories
• Define and track key product metrics including MAU, DAU, retention, and conversion
• Utilize A/B testing and data to drive continuous improvement
• Lead sprint planning, manage the backlog, and make go/no-go calls on feature releases
• Drive user research and incorporate customer feedback into the product lifecycle

Requirements

• At least 7 years in product management
• Experience with mobile apps, super apps, digital wallets, or retail-tech platforms
• Proficiency running Agile/Scrum and managing backlogs in Jira and Confluence
• Hands-on experience with analytics tools such as Firebase, Mixpanel, or Amplitude
• Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, mini-apps, micro-frontends, e-commerce, loyalty, and payment systems
• Strong communication skills for presenting to executives and writing technical user stories

Preferred Qualifications

• CSPO, PSPO, or similar certifications
