Product Manager Senior, Vice President - Deposits Innovation

Responsibilities

• Architect and drive the end-to-end exploration of next-generation banking, translating research into prioritized, testable product concepts.
• Identify and prioritize innovative use cases rooted in customer needs and emerging market signals.
• Convert high-level strategy into detailed product constructs and requirements in partnership with designers and product managers.
• Design and oversee pilots, proofs-of-concept, and experimentation frameworks to validate new ideas.
• Build robust business cases and product narratives that connect customer value, economics, and risk considerations.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and executive decision-making through compelling storytelling and clear communication of risks and trade-offs.
• Mentor team members and champion a culture of continuous learning and curiosity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, innovation, or closely related roles in technology-driven organizations.
• Proven ability to turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear hypotheses, requirements, and actionable plans.
• Fluency in discovery methods, experimentation design, and test analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with experience defining KPIs, building business cases, and interpreting financial and product data.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong preference for candidates with experience in big tech or fintech environments.
• Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or Computer Science.
