Product Manager, Self-Serve Business Growth Lead

Responsibilities

• Define the end-to-end product strategy for self-serve business growth, covering acquisition, conversion, activation, retention, and expansion.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact product opportunities to improve team adoption and usage across self-serve products like the OpenAI API.
• Develop growth motions that help teams realize value faster and expand their usage over time.
• Partner with core product teams to embed growth opportunities into the product roadmap.
• Own self-serve business growth metrics and provide executive-level narratives regarding progress and investment needs.
• Collaborate with Sales and Go-To-Market teams to design seamless handoff and expansion motions between self-serve and Enterprise tiers.
• Use product analytics, experimentation, and customer insights to inform strategy and measure impact.

Requirements

• Experience leading product-led growth (PLG) initiatives for B2B, SaaS, or developer-facing products.
• Proven track record of building growth loops, activation flows, and monetization paths.
• Experience working with team-based, workspace, or multi-user collaboration products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into focused product strategies.
• Ability to influence cross-functional partners across Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Sales.
• Experience operating at significant scale with large user bases or high-growth product lines.
