About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for assigned smartphone models and manage the full product lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional Go-to-Market (GTM) execution in partnership with Sales, Corporate Marketing, and Retail teams.
- Develop product value propositions, messaging, and hero features tailored to the Filipino consumer market.
- Monitor market performance, sell-in/sell-out data, and competitor activities to recommend tactical actions.
- Recommend retail pricing strategies based on market dynamics, cost structures, and competitor benchmarks.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities and translate insights into actionable positioning.
- Collaborate with regional and global HQ to ensure local relevance while adhering to global brand direction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in product marketing or brand management.
- Proven experience in consumer electronics, mobile, telecommunications, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns that drive market share.
- Ability to work fully on-site at McKinley Hill, Taguig.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA degree.
