Product Manager (Salesforce CRM)

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap, prioritization, and value delivery for Salesforce CRM deployment
• Translate business needs and user feedback into product objectives and roadmap initiatives
• Prioritize and sequence the product backlog across service operations and customer workflows
• Work with business owners, architects, and operations leads to drive stakeholder alignment
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through delivery and continuous improvement
• Support planning for phased enhancements and future platform evolution across Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud

Requirements

• Experience in product management, digital platform ownership, or service delivery
• Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with enterprise systems, service operations, or CRM platforms
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
• Salesforce Certification(s)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience deploying or administering Salesforce CRM or Service Cloud
• Experience in public sector or customer/citizen service platforms
• Familiarity with roadmap planning and value-based prioritization
