Product Manager, Safety Measurement

Responsibilities

• Partner with data science, research, engineering, and policy teams to craft a vision for understanding safety outcomes and prevalence.
• Define strategic priorities and product roadmaps for improving safety measurement approaches and scaling measurement platforms.
• Establish repeatable processes to integrate cutting-edge AI safety research into safety measurement products.
• Develop and refine actionable success criteria for safety measurement.
• Represent quantitative progress on safety to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management or related industry experience
• Specific expertise in AI safety, trust & safety, or integrity
• Background in data science, statistics, economics, or related fields
• Experience driving consensus and action in ambiguous environments
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and technical communication skills
