About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive the vision and delivery of new products and features
- Work with development and design teams to ensure smooth payment flow integration
- Evaluate payment gateway options and propose competitive pricing structures
- Conduct market research to identify potential features and understand competitor offerings
- Coordinate with GtoM teams on launching new products and market segments
- Identify potential market segments such as Govt Banks, PSU, Education, and Utilities
- Create product line P&L and enhance offerings based on data analytics
- Assist management with revenue planning and sales team incentive structures
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the Fintech or Banking space
- Educational background from top B-Schools or IITs/IIM/FMS/IBS
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence and build consensus with sales teams
