Product Manager - S/4 (Supply Chain)

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of agentic AI capabilities within the SAP S/4 ecosystem and IBP Planning to strengthen supply chain resilience.
• Own the product vision and roadmap for agentic AI capabilities supporting Supply Chain operations.
• Apply SAFe Product Management practices to define outcomes, prioritize backlogs, and align stakeholders.
• Drive the automation of human operational tasks at scale through LLM- and agent-based AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements and features, working closely with Supply Chain and IT delivery teams.
• Develop AI vision and roadmaps for Order to Cash/Planning, aligning with enterprise and industry goals.
• Create detailed system designs, blueprints, and models for complex supply chain processes (SAP IBP, S/4HANA, etc.).
• Partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to design integration strategies and APIs.
• Lead design governance to ensure solutions meet security, reliability, and scalability standards.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain and enterprise application systems.
• Strong experience with LLMs and agentic AI concepts applied in SAP S/4/IBP environments.
• Proven Product Management experience at a Principal level.
• Experience working within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) setup.
• Deep business acumen in Order to Cash and Planning processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to influence organizational change.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including the ability to develop models and conceptual abstractions.
