Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Conduct product discovery to identify and prioritize problems within the Onboard and Verify domain
• Translate stakeholder inputs and player feedback into clearly defined problem statements
• Collaborate with Design, Data, and Engineering to ideate and shape product solutions into well-defined epics
• Manage and refine the product roadmap based on impact, feasibility, and strategic relevance
• Define success metrics and evaluate the impact of delivered initiatives against expected outcomes
• Leverage analytics and A/B testing to inform prioritization and post-launch evaluation
• Ensure product decisions factor in regulatory requirements and responsible gaming principles
• Partner with Product Owners and Delivery organizations to ensure high-quality handoffs

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management with progressive responsibility
• Experience in iGaming, online casino, sports betting, or adjacent regulated consumer tech
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Data Science, or a related field
• Familiarity with agile delivery, A/B testing, and analytics platforms
• Ability to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the North American market and related user flows and vendors
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
