Responsibilities

• Own and advance Rogo's security, governance, and trust product as a first-class part of the platform
• Provide administrators and security leaders with visibility and control over AI usage across their organization
• Partner with customer security teams, internal engineering, and third-party auditors to translate requirements into product
• Prototype and build features using design or code to validate concepts before full-scale engineering
• Anticipate edge cases, failure modes, and sophisticated security standards
• Turn security and governance into intuitive, satisfying user experiences

Requirements

• Strong product management or startup product experience shipping polished software
• Exceptional product and visual taste with strong information-architecture instincts
• Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI
• Technical foundation with the ability to prototype, build, and work deeply with engineers
• Ability to present with poise to senior stakeholders in the finance industry
• High-output, detail-oriented approach with a focus on craft

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, math, or engineering
• Experience in the finance industry
