Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for Felix, our core AI agent
• Design novel agent systems and workflows tailored for the finance industry
• Prototype and build capabilities using design or code to validate ideas
• Stay ahead of evolving LLM and agent paradigms to keep Rogo on the cutting edge
• Measure agent performance against quality, accuracy, speed, and reliability
• Conduct user research with sophisticated financial professionals to drive priorities

Requirements

• Strong product management experience, ideally at a high-growth startup
• Deep intuition for LLMs, agents, and prompting techniques
• Technical foundation with the ability to prototype and ship code
• Obsession with the evolving AI landscape
• Ability to present with poise to senior financial stakeholders
• High-output, detail-oriented, and comfortable with ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Engineering
• Experience in banking, private equity, or investing
