Responsibilities

• Own product areas across Rogo's surfaces end-to-end, from scoping and design through launch and iteration
• Translate powerful agent capabilities into simple, intuitive, and delightful interfaces
• Own the experience across Rogo's product, including the core application, search, document/file experience, and tools/plugins
• Drive information architecture, flows, and high-level polish in partnership with design
• Prototype and build using design or code to validate features before shipping
• Set a high bar for craft and quality to ensure superior user experiences
• Engage with sophisticated users to study workflows and define product priorities

Requirements

• Strong product management or startup product experience shipping polished software
• Exceptional product and visual taste with strong information-architecture instincts
• Deep intuition for LLMs and hands-on experience building with AI
• Technical foundation with the ability to prototype, build, and work deeply with engineers
• Ability to present with poise to senior stakeholders in the finance industry
• High-output, detail-oriented, and collaborative mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, math, or engineering
• Experience in the finance industry
