Rhoda AI is building the next generation of generalist intelligent robots. We own the full robotics stack from high-performance hardware and robot systems to the infrastructure and state-of-the-art foundation world models that control our robots. We've raised over $450M and are investing aggressively in model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing scale-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product definition of Rhoda’s platform for third-party hardware partners, including APIs, tooling, and integration experience.
• Work directly with partner engineering teams to translate hardware and operational needs into platform requirements.
• Define technical and product boundaries between Rhoda’s systems and partner systems.
• Design the partner qualification and certification experience.
• Own the partner-facing developer experience, including documentation and reference implementations.
• Conduct partner and customer discovery to inform packaging and the platform roadmap.
• Write structured requirements and run reviews to align engineering, research, and partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience shipping a platform, API, or integration product for physical hardware systems (robotics, AV, drones, or industrial automation).
• Hardware-software fluency, including knowledge of kinematics, sensors, real-time constraints, and communication buses.
• Experience running design-partner or OEM-partnership motions.
• Strong business savvy and ability to conduct customer discovery.
• Proven judgment in defining product boundaries and ownership.
• Excellent technical writing skills for requirements and documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with embodied AI, robot foundation models, or humanoid robotics.
• Experience designing certification or "works with" programs.
• Experience working with systems integrators or industrial automation ecosystems.
• Experience as an early or founding PM at a tech startup.
