Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Formulate and maintain the product roadmap based on customer needs, field feedback, and business goals
• Define MVP and functional priorities, managing the backlog according to value and risks
• Act as the single source of truth for the product within the organization
• Translate product requirements into technical tasks for R&D and monitor implementation
• Coordinate product launch into production, including component supply, assembly, timelines, and quality
• Resolve crisis situations and blockers affecting execution plans
• Synchronize work between sales, marketing, and technical support departments
• Collect and analyze user feedback to initiate product improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role
• Proven experience managing products from requirements through to mass production or commercial launch
• Understanding of R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain processes
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work with technical teams
• Experience with backlog prioritization and product roadmap management
