Product Manager, Reporting

Responsibilities

• Help define the roadmap and long-term vision for SpotOn’s reporting platform
• Partner with engineering teams to evolve data models, pipelines, and systems
• Lead efforts to modernize and migrate existing reporting capabilities
• Work with design to translate complex operational and financial data into intuitive interfaces
• Ensure reports are accurate, reliable, and trustworthy for business decisions
• Investigate merchant-reported issues to improve reporting quality and usability
• Take end-to-end ownership of reporting experiences from problem definition to delivery
• Use AI-powered tools to improve product development workflows

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience or equivalent working on data-heavy products
• Experience working on reporting platforms, data tools, or products presenting structured data
• Comfort collaborating with engineers on data models, event-based systems, APIs, and architecture
• Track record of owning complex problems and driving them to resolution
• Experience building products for SMBs or understanding SMB operational challenges
• Excellent communication skills to align stakeholders across engineering, design, and GTM teams
