Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of Bluetooth Low Energy and Multiprotocol products from concept through end-of-life
• Translate customer requirements and market needs into prioritized product requirements and go-to-market strategies
• Lead Marketing Requirement Documents (MRD) and define specifications for IC, SDK, embedded software, kits, and tools
• Develop compelling business cases, perform competitive analysis, and drive New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
• Collaborate with System Architects, IC engineering, and Sales teams to ensure product coherence across silicon and software
• Manage product roadmaps, identify feature gaps, and support investment prioritization through data-driven insights
• Act as the primary technical and product interface for customers and coordinate lifetime management activities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, embedded systems, or microcontroller-based products
• 2+ years of experience in product definition, product management, applications, or system architecture roles
• Strong understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) or other wireless standards and RF fundamentals
• Deep knowledge of microcontroller architectures (e.g., ARM Cortex, RISC-V) and embedded software ecosystems
• Ability to synthesize complex technical and market inputs into clear, actionable requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field
• Experience with automotive applications and standards, such as AEC-Q100 and ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
• Familiarity with automotive use cases like Digital Key, TPMS, or in-cabin sensing
