Responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from idea to launch and iteration
• Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and GTM teams to ship customer-focused solutions
• Translate customer insights and data into an executable product roadmap
• Bring technical fluency to engineering discussions regarding trade-offs and opportunities
• Define and track KPIs for product success, adoption, and customer satisfaction
• Apply AI tools and workflows to accelerate discovery, research, and validation

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment
• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent technical background
• Experience in agile product development and leading cross-functional teams
• Ability to translate technical complexity into actionable insights
• Adaptable and resourceful mindset suitable for a startup environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with accounting or financial systems
• Exposure to ERP integrations or SaaS marketplaces
• Hands-on experience with AI adoption in product workflows
