Responsibilities

• Partner with portfolio companies to identify pain points and opportunities for digital solutions
• Conduct discovery sessions and collaborator interviews to understand business needs and workflows
• Evaluate and prioritize digital solution opportunities based on business impact and feasibility
• Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for software development teams
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with portfolio needs and strategic objectives
• Collaborate with software development teams throughout the product lifecycle
• Serve as the product owner, managing backlog prioritization and trade-off decisions
• Present business cases, progress updates, and results to executive leadership
• Travel to portfolio sites as needed (domestic US travel)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in manufacturing technology or B2B SaaS
• Demonstrated experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment
• Proven track record of launching and managing digital products from concept to delivery
• Experience in requirements gathering, user research, and partner management

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or relevant advanced degree
• Experience in manufacturing operations, industrial engineering, or engineering services
• Background in change management and solution adoption within enterprise environments
