Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and ship AI agents and platforms to improve customer experience speed, quality, and reliability
• Own the development and deployment of internal AI products, agents, and automations
• Define quality standards for the hybrid human-AI operator model
• Define frameworks to measure AI agent performance through dashboards and eval systems
• Partner with engineering on AI data reliability and shared AI skills at scale
• Communicate Ramp's AI CX journey through customer pitches and content

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, applied AI, product operations, or a hybrid builder role
• Hands-on experience prototyping and shipping AI tools, agents, or workflows at scale
• Technical fluency with modern AI coding harnesses like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex
• Working knowledge of LLM concepts including prompting, fine-tuning, embeddings, and retrieval
• Strong data fluency and experience with AI evaluation frameworks
• Ability to translate between deeply technical and non-technical audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing small teams of technical or operational professionals
• Background in high-growth startups, specifically fintech or enterprise SaaS
• Experience in internal enablement or organizational change management
• Familiarity with departmental workflows in Sales, CX, Finance, or Risk
