Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Take complete ownership of program health, balancing execution, strategy, and relationship management
• Lead fast-moving software development teams to ensure contract deliverables are met
• Manage product roadmaps and oversee delivery execution
• Engage directly with DoD stakeholders to drive customer intimacy
• Guide Agile software development cycles and adapt to shifting requirements
• Collaborate on RFI/RFP responses and shape long-term strategic initiatives

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program, project, or product management
• Experience with Agile software development
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Proven leadership in software development teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• STEM degree or equivalent technical acumen
• Active Secret security clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret/SCI clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with DoD customers
• Experience managing program financials and P&L ownership
• Agile certification(s)
• Experience in a software factory environment
• Familiarity with ATO and RMF processes
