About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop communication and activation campaigns including toolkits
- Manage internal communication channels to promote private label brands
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer studies to anticipate market trends
- Analyze business performance by category and consumer type
- Manage product portfolios and provide marketing mix recommendations
- Build innovation plans based on consumer trends and studies
- Collaborate with Purchasing and Quality teams to develop new offers
- Define visual identity for product packaging
Requirements
- Student in Master's level (BAC +4/+5) from a business school, university, or agro-engineering school
- Specialization in marketing
- Previous experience or strong marketing sensitivity
- Proficiency in Canva and PowerPoint
- Analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of analysis tools such as Nielsen or IRI
