Responsibilities

• Build PrimerOS, the software, AI, and data layer that powers Primer operations
• Turn complex school realities into simple, scalable, and intuitive systems
• Own projects from early discovery through launch, partnering with engineering and school operators
• Conduct time studies on campus to identify administrative bottlenecks and reduce educator workload
• Develop systems to monitor campus health and surface issues before they escalate
• Explore how AI can reduce repetitive work while strengthening human judgment
• Help set standards for product building and AI implementation at Primer

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience
• Experience building products for complex, physical workflows
• Strong product taste and analytical reasoning skills
• Ability to own projects end-to-end from discovery to iteration
• Clear writing and structured thinking skills
• Comfort working in messy, real-world environments and conducting field research
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco
