Product Manager, Premium Subscriptions

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategy and roadmap for subscriber onboarding, activation, and retention
• Define how new cutting-edge capabilities are introduced, positioned, and monetized for paid users
• Scope and launch new subscription offerings
• Act as a steward for a high-quality user experience, ensuring clarity, usability, and trust
• Use data, experimentation, and user research to understand subscriber needs and improve outcomes
• Collaborate with core product teams to shape features that drive durable engagement
• Partner with Brand and Marketing to evolve communication of ChatGPT subscription value

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience across growth, subscriptions, or monetization products
• Proven experience improving activation, engagement, or retention at scale
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using experimentation to drive product strategy
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with rapidly evolving products
• Experience working cross-functionally across engineering, design, marketing, and data science
