Product Manager - Post Trade Operations

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a vision for world-class operational platforms to improve trade processing, controls, and regulatory reporting.
• Capture and shape business requirements for change initiatives and translate them into clear deliverables for the technology organization.
• Provide strategic technological direction and define the development roadmap and strategy.
• Oversee projects to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget, and meet production quality standards.
• Prioritize business requirements and create epics with agreed-upon Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure delivered systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements (SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to innovate new solutions and evaluate third-party products and tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deep understanding of the post-trade lifecycle, including confirmation, settlement, clearing, collateral, and reconciliations.
• Experience with post-trade platforms and integrations (e.g., trade capture feeds, clearing brokers, custodians, and reconciliation tools).
• Working knowledge of regulatory and reporting obligations for Broker Dealer and Listed Derivatives activities.
• Proven experience in requirements definition, process mapping, UAT, and implementation.
• Strong stakeholder management and business analysis skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, regulated, and high-volume environment.
