Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational follow-up and development of exceptional product projects, including collaborations, limited editions, and small leather goods.
• Oversee prototype and sample management in coordination with workshops and suppliers, including reception, inventory, and labeling.
• Develop technical product sheets for prototypes and maintain accurate product nomenclatures within the ERP system.
• Coordinate logistics for press, image, and retail sets, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in sourcing components and new suppliers while conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Organize collection meetings and validation committees, ensuring all project timelines and retro-planning are strictly respected.
• Prepare cost sheets, progress reports, and presentation materials for various departments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within the leather goods or fashion industry.
• Proven expertise in project coordination and managing complex development cycles.
• High level of rigor and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a significant advantage.
• Strong passion for leather craftsmanship and high-end design.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Experience with upcycling projects or specialized small leather goods development.
