Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the vision and roadmap for internal platforms and automation
• Identify and implement opportunities to apply AI and automation within internal workflows
• Lead end-to-end development of new internal products and systems from concept to launch
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Onboarding, Support, Finance, and Legal teams
• Engage directly with internal users to gather feedback and insights
• Leverage product and usage data to inform decisions and maximize impact
• Communicate product strategies and insights to executive leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of product management experience delivering web-based products
• Experience in SaaS or communication tools
• Solid understanding of AI systems and autonomous agents
• Experience in fast-paced technical environments
• Hands-on experience with SQL and data visualization tools
• Proven ability to manage the entire product lifecycle
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
