Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own strategy end-to-end from customer-facing features to platform infrastructure
• Use AI tools to prototype, write code, and ship alongside engineers
• Conduct customer research to understand workflows and identify needs
• Ship features rapidly and iterate based on real usage data
• Make company-level decisions regarding architecture and partnership strategy
• Design scalable systems and patterns for other teams to leverage

Requirements

• High agency and ability to work without permission
• Builder mindset with experience shipping products customers love
• Technical curiosity and understanding of systems
• Preference for speed and iterative learning over perfection
• Customer-obsessed approach to product development
• Strong learning trajectory regarding AI-driven development

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building 0→1 products with real customer adoption
• Experience with AI agents, LLMs, or human-in-the-loop systems
• Proficiency using AI tools like Claude or Cursor for prototyping
• Startup or founder experience
• Vertical SaaS or SMB product experience
• Technical background in Python, React, or SQL
