Product Manager - Platform-IAM

Responsibilities

• Own the vision and roadmap for core platform capabilities, ensuring they support business objectives and product scalability.
• Design and evolve authentication, authorization, permissions, roles, and user management frameworks.
• Drive the development of foundational services, internal platforms, APIs, and infrastructure capabilities.
• Identify architectural limitations and work with engineering to create scalable and resilient systems.
• Partner with security, risk, and compliance stakeholders to ensure platform capabilities meet regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Use data to analyze platform usage, define success metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience in platform, infrastructure, enterprise software, SaaS, fintech, or developer tools.
• Proven experience solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems and building foundational systems.
• Strong systems thinking with the ability to understand dependencies and anticipate downstream impacts.
• Technical product judgment with comfort discussing architecture, APIs, and identity models with engineering.
• Data-driven decision-making skills to validate assumptions and evaluate platform performance.
• Exceptional written communication skills for structuring requirements and communicating with stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience with identity and access management (IAM).
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems.
• Background in security, compliance, or regulated fintech environments.
• Experience managing API, developer platforms, or infrastructure products.
