Product Manager - Platform, Applied AI/ML

Responsibilities

• Identify gameplay opportunities where AI/ML can solve friction points or enhance engagement
• Drive the "AI for Fun" roadmap to optimize features for player retention and fun
• Act as a bridge between ML Engineering and Game Design teams
• Define success metrics blending technical performance with game KPIs
• Collaborate with central tech teams to adapt state-of-the-art ML technologies

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Gaming, Consumer Mobile, or Applied ML
• 2+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Data Science, or Data Analytics
• Deep understanding of game mechanics (F2P, RPG, or Location-Based)
• Technical fluency in LLMs, Reinforcement Learning, and Predictive Modeling
• Proven track record of managing trade-offs between creative and technical requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience launching ML-driven features in live service games
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools in creative production
• Experience managing platform services with direct end-user UI components
