Responsibilities

• Bring new media buying tools to market
• Work directly with agencies and brands to solve modern YouTube advertising challenges
• Address challenges across planning, activation, contextual alignment, suitability, measurement, and optimization
• Translate customer problems into simple, powerful, and measurable products
• Build tools that reduce manual work and accelerate decision-making using GenAI and agentic product experiences

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience with a track record of shipping successful products
• Advertising or adtech experience (buy side, sell side, or tools serving advertisers)
• Strong knowledge of YouTube advertising including targeting, inventory, brand suitability, and measurement
• Strong product instincts and UX sensibility
• Strong analytical skills with SQL proficiency
• Experience using GenAI products in daily workflows
• Experience bringing GenAI-powered products or agentic features to market
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional execution

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with brand suitability, contextual targeting, or inventory quality tools
• Experience with YouTube measurement/verification ecosystems (DV, IAS, Moat, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Ads, DV360, and YouTube Select buying
• Experience with Looker
