Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Create comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), functional specifications, and user stories.
• Document end-to-end payment flows including pay-ins, payouts, settlement, routing, and reconciliation.
• Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and QA teams to convert business needs into scalable system designs and API specifications.
• Develop detailed process maps and transaction journeys using tools like Miro or Lucidchart.
• Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, and prioritization of features.
• Support the design of multi-rail routing and money movement architecture.
• Operationalize products by aligning implementation with billing, risk, compliance, and support practices.
• Identify and conceptualize AI-driven use cases to enhance the product portfolio and client experience.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in payments, merchant acquiring, money movement, or financial services.
• Proven experience with the end-to-end money movement lifecycle.
• Ability to create detailed PRDs and functional specifications.
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart, or Miro.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex payment journeys.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with platform or marketplace payment flows and payout orchestration.
• Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and modern digital banking systems.
• Understanding of settlement, reconciliation, chargebacks, and funding.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis (e.g., CSPO, CBAP).
